About our Space:
The Sound Cellar is an intimate venue with a speakeasy vibe! Access to the space is through the alleyway. The space capacity is 45 adults.

Rental Rates & Services
We offer flexible rental options and additional services to help make your event seamless and successful.
Venue Rental
$35 per hour
Our hourly rental rate gives you the flexibility to book the space for the time you need, whether it’s a meeting, performance, workshop, or special event.
Optional Add-On Services:
Cellar Manager
$35 per hour - On-site support to assist with venue operations during your event.
Sound Setup
$50 flat fee - Professional setup of in-house sound equipment.
Projector Setup & Use
$50 flat fee- Includes projector setup and use for presentations or screenings.
Janitorial Services
$100 flat fee - Post-event cleaning service for your convenience.
Box Office Services
$150 flat fee - Ticket setup and sales through our Ticket Tailor platform.
Website Promotion
$75 flat fee
$50 for non-profit organizations
Includes listing on artsrevelstoke.com.
Social Media Marketing
$100 flat fee
$50 for non-profit organizations
Includes one social media post, one story, and inclusion in our newsletter.
*All events with alcohol service must have a Sound Cellar staff person on hand at all times. Renters can opt for the Cellar Manager at $35/hour, or for the manager to run a
cash bar at their event with the proceeds benefitting Arts Revelstoke. For events where AV support is required, the AV support person can also act as a manager.
** A $50 initial set up fee is required for any AV needs.
